This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Artight ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it. Artight is a multiplayer drawing party game. We designed it to collect as little information as possible: the App does not require an account, an email address, a phone number, or any registration.
When you play, you choose a display name and the App stores the drawings you create and the votes you cast so that the game can be played with other players in your room. Your display name does not need to be your real name, and we recommend not using personal information as your display name.
All game data (rooms, display names, drawings, and votes) is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of the room being created. We do not build profiles from this data and we do not use it for any purpose other than running the game session.
Game data is processed and briefly stored on servers provided by Supabase (our database and realtime infrastructure provider). Like most internet services, these servers may technically process your IP address and basic connection information in order to deliver the service. The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, and coarse device data to serve and measure ads. Where required (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or files. The App has no user accounts and no login. We do not sell any data.
Artight is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it.
Game data is deleted automatically within 24 hours, so in most cases there is nothing left to request. If you are in the EEA/UK or another region with data-protection rights, you may still have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, or for anything related to ads data, you can also use the consent options shown in the App.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, kişilerinizi, hassas konumunuzu, fotoğraflarınızı veya dosyalarınızı toplamayız. Uygulamada hesap ve giriş sistemi yoktur. Hiçbir veriyi satmayız.
Artight genel kitleye yönelik bir oyundur ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun Uygulama üzerinden kişisel bilgi paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin; ilgili veriyi sileriz.
Oyun verileri 24 saat içinde otomatik silindiği için çoğu durumda talep edilebilecek bir veri kalmaz. Yine de bulunduğunuz bölgenin veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme veya işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak için bizimle iletişime geçebilir, reklam verileriyle ilgili tercihler için Uygulama içinde gösterilen onay seçeneklerini kullanabilirsiniz.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler güncel tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayınlanır.
